I stopped in for the first time on my way home. Instead of a hello I get no egg rolls wings or burgers tonight. Luckily I was ordering cheesesteaks. There was no thank you. The food was ok at best. Nothing special for the price. Will not be returning.

Customer service is great, people are friendly and fast. Food is amazing hot and fresh. Decent portion sizes.Tried cheesesteak sandwich, cheesesteak fries, chicken wings, an cheesesteak egg rolls. Everything was delicious.

Big Shawn’s started showing up on my instagram about two years ago. I live 3 hours away from the nearest location. I said that if I was in the area I was going to make sure to try it. I showed up 35 minutes before they closed. I was expecting to have a not so happy employee with me. It was the total opposite of that. The staff was really nice and polite. The stake egg rolls were fire. The cheesesteak was also really good. Would definitely stop in again the next time I’m in...
