Went through drive thru. Ordered Hot Latte Breve which I get every week so I am very familiar with it. I repeated order because the girl did not seem to understand. When I went to pay it was a complete different price than I usually pay. Much cheaper so I confirmed the order and was told it was correct. When I got my order it tasted like stale old black coffee from the bottom of the pot and nothing like it is supposed to. It was terrible and I ended up throwing it away....

I only got coffee but wanted to leave a review to say the service was great. I got there near closing time, which at any establishment usually means you’re not going to get the most chipper service. I was really tired and had been driving for 6 hours and was not feeling real great when I went in. But the staff were so cheery and friendly I was uplifted and left feeling refreshed not just from the coffee but also from the nice people.

I wanted to get a tea and found out in the drive thru that my lost cat was found. I was crying on the phone in joy. They wouldn’t let me pay for my drink. Thank you so much Biggby Alpine for your generosity!
