I like Biggby, but this location really needs to get a handle on their doordash orders. Delivery is timely, but literally every time I order a frozen coffee it comes hot instead. Wouldn’t be an issue for a $3 coffee but when I’m paying $10 plus extra charges, I’d certainly expect to receive what I paid for.

For how expensive the drinks are, I'm bummed at how horrible my matcha is. It's not mixed good and it's chunky. It won't dissolve from mixing with a straw and settles to the bottom. Ive ordered the same thing from multiple biggbys and it never disappoints but now im out $6.50 and have a gross drink. I hate how much of a gamble matcha lattes have turned into.

I have been to so many biggby’s this by far is my favorite. All the workers are very friendly know me by name. I go to a different location they have attitudes they don’t greet you. All biggbys should be like this one.

The young man taking the orders and working the window is extremely friendly, courteous and polite. His beautiful attitude made it a pleasure to visit this particular Biggby. The coffee was delicious too.
The gentleman at the window is amazing! Even with a long line of customers during the morning rush, he has a smile on his face and makes you feel like you are the best part of his day. The whole staff is efficient and even with a line of cars the wait was not very long.

This is by far the worse bigby I’ve ever been to, I ordered a chai latte and waited in line for 20 minutes before I got to the window then they had 4 people running around each other and no one said anything for another 5 minutes. This is ridiculous this location needs better management or something.
