Stopped by through the drive through about a week ago. It’s not normally a location I use, but it will be now! Drinks and food were good, but the service was EXCELLENT. Luis is 10/10. He was so friendly and personable. I’m going to be a repeat customer now!
This is my favorite Bigby to go to in all of Grand Rapids. They are so kind, so full of joy, and very fast at providing the drinks & food. I love driving here in the morning and being greeted by the kindest employees. Keep up the good work!
