We only went through the drive thru and the girl was nice I had a chai and it was good and my dad had a white hot chocolate and hated it my little brother got a cookie creme drink and liked that.

Luis is the best! There is another Biggby location closer to me and I come to this one because they are more consistent and quick with their service. Always happy with my order from this location!
