I am a loyal Biggby customer and only get my coffee at Biggby these days. This is my favorite Biggby in the Grand Rapids area! I go here about 4 to 5 times a week. On my way to work and sometimes even take the 20 minute drive on my days off (even though I have a BIGGBY around the corner from my house) Their service is always on point, they always make my drink right and they are so freaking fast! Their speed never changes the quality of my drink, and they are the nicest staff...
Biggby Coffee is awesome. There are soany drinks choices for anybody in the family. This location served everything great and the baristas were really engaging and friendly. Will be back.
The staff was really friendly and biggby coffee is my best friend when I've got a migraine. I also bought the cutest little cups as a gift for my daughter. I may not know much about Grand Rapids, but I can recommend this biggby !
