The hunters gather daily, all day, to jabber-jaw about their tribulations over a pint of chili and a shared bowl of jagermeister. When the hunt is waning, or you got off to a bad shart, make your way to the Lodge. Take off your boots and rest your sour feet by the fire.

Great dive bar. Service was friendly and efficient. Food was hit or miss. I had a BLT which was excellent, lots of bacon. My son had the Nashville hot chicken which was just ok, a patty.

The first time we went it was excellent. Tonight was the second time. It was beyond perfect. The perch was done perfectly. Golden brown, hot, crisp and delicious. Our waiter was also excellent. He didn’t hover and he was right on top of everything.
