I would rather cook my own burger and and make my own soda. Over priced, people that come back must have broken taste buds. Save your money, time, and legs standing in the brutal line. I don’t want to be a hater but I’m passionate burger joint enthusiast and this ain’t it. Who puts spices in soda, this is ridiculous there was more spice in the golden cola than. The damn burger. Super disappointed.

Burgers are phenomenal. Would recommend getting two patties. The fries are some of the best fries you will ever have. Get the sauces and enjoy. The guy taking orders was very personable, made great recommendations and kept the line moving. Don’t be intimidated if there is a line - it moves fast enough and it’s worth the wait

Had high hopes based on the rating.
After waiting 30 minutes to order food I got to the counter and the ordering process was great, the person taking the order was friendly and things went smoothly.
Now for the burgers, they had good flavor but were too dry for my liking. The fries are very good.

Everything I had, there was amazing. The staff was great, absolutely ten out of ten. The only downside is. I wish they were closer to my home and had a bigger place, because they are busy because they are good. In reality, it didn't take that long. Got my food in fifteen minutes once again, awesome

There is always a big line but it is truly worth the wait. From the burgers to their sodas, everything is delicious and filling. I could eat here everyday!

So me and two friends decided to try Black Napkin for the first time, and wow… I think I’ve found my new happy place. The line looked scary at first, but don’t worry — these people run the kitchen like a NASCAR pit crew. Before I knew it, I had food in my hands that could probably solve world peace.

I got the classic burger with Rust fries, and let me just say… if happiness came in edible form, this would be it. One bite and I was rethinking all my life choices that led me to not coming here sooner.

On top of that, the lady who took my order was super kind and respectful — the type of service that makes you want to come back before you’ve even left.

Highly recommend Black Napkin. Great food, great people, and fries that should come with a warning label: Addictive.

Absolutely phenomenal! I ordered the white peach fizz, smash burger, and salted fries. My food was hot, fresh, flavorful- absolutely delicious! The bun and quality of the meat was fantastic! Fries had great flavor and crispy to perfection. I actually tried this place on a really sad day, after my dog passed away. The cashier’s warmth and the wonderful meal brought much appreciated comfort to a really hard day. I will be back and highly recommend!

Service is great, restaurant is clean. But,
Where's the Beef?... The burgers where smashed thinner than a deli slice of ham and meat was vaporized to death. too crunchy to be called a burger... it should be called a burger chip sandwich with a bunch of varieties of Mayo. I spent $30 on a triple with fries... not happy.

Everything is outstanding. I’ve been coming to Black Napkin for a couple years now & it’s a favorite for me. You can’t go wrong with any menu items—my favorites are the rust fries, ruby red fresca, & the college dropout. The service is also great. The line is always out the door, but it is well worth your wait.

Burgers are very thin so I'd go with a double next time vs. a single. The bread overpowered the single patty. Overall good burger and crispy delicious fries. No reservations, no phone, only takeout and there is always a line. Get there early!

Be prepared for a wait, a wait that is worth the extraordinary taste and mouth is experience that awaits. Very unique and wonderfully crafted burgers. As the sign outside recommends get the double never the single in my opinion. Not sure on the triple. I ordered Le College Drop Out and it is a flavor unlike I have ever tasted. Each bite took me into what I could only recollect what it would be like following a white rabbit down the trail. I also ordered the chicken basic bish and its flavour leaves your mouth walking into dreamland with its juicy and dreamy flavor. The French fries were good and. Had several options, had to try them all at that point.
Overall worth a visit, the nit and gritty part is that it will take around 20-30 minutes to get inside if the line is outside the door and wrapped around the building. Roughly about 4 minutes per customer on average to place an order. Then about another 20 minutes to get food. Staff is super friendly and helpful. There are only 3 tables to wait on inside or eat at if your lucky enough to get inside. I would go back again next time I’m in town.
