Took 70minutes for the line at 430 on Saturday, So plan ahead. The fries with salt and special sauce are excellent. Burgers were just a smash burger to me. Got the classic triple and a double. Their version of a coke was a nice for a 1 time thing.
This is by far my favorite place to get a burger! Not to mention, the customer service is amazing. Shout out to Karissa (I think that's her name) she always makes a great impression and is so kind!
The food is always consistent, and the fries are perfectly crispy and well-seasoned. The portions are huge too my boyfriend and I always share a burger, and it's more than enough for both of us. The kimchi fries are the bestttt.

The food is fresh, SO GOOD, and well worth the long wait in line. The staff are always so friendly and accommodating, especially considering how overwhelmed they must get. The fries are my favorite in the city, especially with the Thai Basil mayo.
