Came here for a pre-show dinner. Nice comfortable place with lots of good choices. Had to try The Bomb and their El Cubano. Took a bit but we got our dinner and The Bomb was huge! Both were very tasty and good. Overall we had a good dinner and would come back here again.
We loved the look of the restaurant, the food was excellent, and service was ok. Our biggest complaint was the volume of the music. It was so loud we couldn’t talk to our friends across the table. We asked several times for them to turn it down and I think they actually turned it up. It was very disappointing and will probably keep us from returning again.
While attending a conference in Grand Rapids, we enjoyed a couple meals at Brick and Porter. The food was great, especially the shrimp tacos, french fries and Vernons on tap. The service was excellent! Hats off to Maggie, Grace and the young lady with blond hair tending bar at lunch time. You represent your establishment extremely well!
