This place is the worst fast food place in Grand Rapids and that’s saying g something because Grand Rapids has some pretty bad fast food places I ordered food got home realized they messed up so I called just to make them aware that there was a mix up and the lady that answered the phone was absolutely rude and blamed me for the mix up when clearly on the receipt it says what I ordered and did not receive it I was calm till they told me not to come back now remember I’m still calm and not losing my cool. I feel like I was totally disrespected oh and last but not least I took the food back to them and was told I can’t get a refund but I can get my food remade now who in their right mind would get their food remade like I’m supposed to trust them with my food now

Mellisa was absolutely amazing I stopped going to Burger King because of the rudeness and how they make you sit there and wait for 10 to 15 minutes when they’re not busy at all but her I’m glad they put her in the drive-through because she was so kind and so nice. Thank you so much.

Food is ok, better than mcds sometimes. Majority of the time, the crew are really attitudey, but there's this one person there that makes my experience better. I think it sucks that you can't do multiple orders through the drive thru like mcds.Parking: Small parking lot sometimes makes it difficult to move out of a parking spot, when bigger vehicles park. There is less than 15 parking spaces in a small area.

vibes are extremely off the last few times we've been there. everyone seems stressed and angry and takes it out on the customers. they are also frequently out of certain menu items and it seems like at least two things are out of order. messy.I know times are tough and it's not the workers' fault - the one there look like they're working really hard in unpleasant conditions - but I hope this restaurant can figure it out so we don't only have McD's as a fast food option in this area.Vegetarian options: Impossible Whopper is delicious and the reason I go there. but they either don't have it or it takes many minutes to make it.

About 70% of the time the lobby is closed. And the drive through dont work unless you have a heavy enough vehicle. Things like mopeds don't register at this location. But they work at all the others and they can still answer and talk to you at this location but cant take orders. That makes no sence. I worked at a fast food restaurant for 8 years. They can always take your order. Its just people being lazy.The only thing that is good is the food if you ever manage to get it.

This is Leonard St NW in Grand Rapids.My son went to pick up his mobile order, was told to park and come in . A car pulled up next to him and started to fix his taillight, my son stopped to help him. An employee immediately yelled out the door that she was calling the police. She proceeded to call, my son and the young man went in to the restaurant to get their orders and the employee was freaking out. This is a racist restaurant, we will never go there again. I feel terrible for that young man. My son is beside himself that the employee jumped to conclusions without knowing what was going on. That is how people lose their lives. That employee has no business working with the public ,She needs to be let go.

I went to burger king earlier this evening. I do not think it's right to run a daycare in your establishment where people dine in. They had a very loud TV on in the lobby. Family channels are abusive and I don't want to watch child abuse when eating a cheese burger. There seriously was a frog in my chair at one point. also you don't need to gate keep sauce when you don't even give me the right one in the first place or the right amount. tell a customer when you are out of coffee and how to get their points back. I have never been slapped by so many employees in my life... It really hurt!
