OUT of a LOT of things a LOT
I have NEVER had lucky at this location. I usually don't even drive away most times without checking my entire order. today I was first put off by the rude person on the speaker telling me I could only use 1 coupon at the drive thru. then she didn't give me my beverages and when I went back around she and the other employee were very disrespectful.

The BK on Leonard St is hands down the WORST service ever. We sat in the drive thru tonight for 20 minutes. The car ahead of us first waited 10 minutes to order. Then we were asked to "wait one moment" SEVERAL times and waited another 10 minutes. We saw 3 cars leave in line behind us. A couple of people went inside to order and came out with their items to go. This service is an embarrassment to your franchise. We will never visit tjis location again. Burger King offers great burgers, with the Whopper being a favorite choice. The service is usually quick, with polite staff at the window. The coffee and food temperature might be inconsistent, and some staff members could display bad attitudes. However, there are standout employees who provide excellent service. The limited parking space can be a challenge, especially with larger vehicles. The employees work hard even when short-staffed, and the manager encourages the team. The food is what you expect, and good service can be found, at least from some employees.
