Cheers has become a go-to for us since moving to the Plainfield area years ago. Huge menu, always good food, and friendly staff at decent prices for what you get. We especially love the burgers. It's fun to sit on the patio and listen to live music in the summer.
The atmosphere here is fun with tons of televisions playing sports, streaming shows, and Keno. The menu includes a large variety of delicious food ranging from south of the border all the way to northern delights. Cheers can take on large groups, pairs, children of all ages, and handicapped. The team is always genuinely helpful and are friendly. The restaurant is clean and tidey. I would consider this a higher energy environment.
We were unaware that Fridays are karaoke. Would not have gone had we known. With that said, the food was okay. The Red, White and Bleu salad was good. Not a fan of vinaigrette dressings, I found the Raspberry Vinaigrette tasty. The fish sandwich was ok and the fries were nothing special. The waiter disappeared and the hostess provided our refills. We left as soon as we could.
