Chick-fil-A in Grand Rapids

“Been a few months since I've been to this location. Turns out they've redesigned their drive-thru so that if you're using mobile-thru you have to take a completely different entrance into the parking lot than what you used to. You can't even get into that line without leaving the parking lot, going out into the street and reentering through the other entrance. So when you get in the wrong line, it becomes a big catastrophe trying to get your food.“

“Out running errands and stopped in for dinner. Had the Smokehouse BBQ with crispy filet, it was really good (unfortunately it's seasonal). Staff is always friendly and the facility is always tidy and clean. (Full disclosure, my wife works there 😁).“

“i like chickfila but what’s the point in having a mobile lane if you still have to go into one lane i think that’s dumb but besides that it’s okay

update september 5 2025 still no dedicated mobile lane line this owner needs to open the mobile lane all the way instead of merging them together look at the 68th location for inspiration..“

“If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I have been to many chick fil a locations, but this one goes above and beyond! My daughter and I stopped for lunch, she’s 3. It was raining, we were running as fast as we 3 year old can, and were greeted with an open door, being held by the owner and operator. We ordered our food and got it quickly, but in the short time we waited, the staff brought my daughter over a cow crown. Food was delicious as always, but the staff here is 100/10!“
