China Max started out so good, then quality fell a bit, ordered today and the food showed the owners heard their customers. This was the best chicken/mushroom dinner with crab rangoons I have had in quite a long time. Thank you!
Tried this place for lunch today since it's close to my work. Service was fast and friendly and price was appropriate for what you get. I had orange chicken with chow mein noodles and a chicken egg roll. The orange chicken was exactly how I like it and tasted fresh. The chow mein noodles were a bit doughy but well seasoned and the vegetables were crisp. Chicken egg roll wasn't crispy but still had good flavor. So excited to find out they started their own restaurant after leaving the mall! I ordered all of my favorites! However, I did notice not all of their dishes are the same as before. The rice is the same, my absolute favorite! But the noodles have changed. The spicy beef is also different, more black pepper vs spicy, the sauce is more of a gravy than how it used to be.
