Can't believe the customer service. Employees were grumpy and rude. Service was slow. Dining tables were dirty. Went to get a fork and it looks like the containers have not been cleaned in quite a while.

I have eaten at many Chipotles before from California to now Michigan. This was BY FAR the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been too… ITS DIRTY… its gross and staff is not great. They are dumping new food on top of the old food in containers that haven’t been switched since probably opening… that’s NOT OKAY…. Stuff is messy and gross and honestly. I hope to god I didn’t get food poisoning.

I am honestly sad to give such a low rating. I was placing an order through the app to pick up. I submitted my order with payment and the screen showed that Chipotle was having issues processing and to pay cash upon arrival. It immediately takes me back to the payment screen and again asks me to pick a time. Then my card was charged, no order confirmation given. I drove to the store and not only did they NOT receive my order they didn’t do anything to help me contact someone to get my money back!! I was charged $71 for 2 burrito bowls that had crunchy rice!! I FINALLY got ahold of the customer service number(which was surprisingly difficult) with no help from employees and customer service can’t help me without confirmation. I can’t even dispute it with my bank. IF I get my money back it will be WEEKS from now! Because of this experience alone I will not be giving chipotle a single penny more of my money. $70 is a lot to expect someone to “just figure out” on their own.

Fast and friendly, they didn't stop moving the entire time I was there. Well job hiring a great team!..... Food was great as well :)

Paid $5 for extra beef that I didn’t receive.. just a chunk of beef and a small scoop under the mound of cheese (and no I didn’t order extra cheese). I also ordered extra veggies and extra rice and there was more cheese than both of those two items. This has been the second time I went and the meat was extremely dry too… I mean dog meat texture. In the first photo is them leaving a giant bay leaf in my order.. unfortunately I’m not very satisfied with chipotle anymore and will take my money elsewhere whenever I need food during my lunch break. P.s. I ordered on the app for 4:20 pm pickup and the order wasn’t even ready until 4:40 pm.

Went as soon as they opened and no one was ready. No onions or peppers (this happens everytime we go to this location) and the guacamole was seriously all brown like it had been sitting out all night. On top of it the tables were dirty! Won’t be back to this
