The beer alone was absolutely fantastic and deserves 5 stats. I'm pretty bummed the food was 45min to 1 hour wait on a Wednesday though, which did not work for me, but I'm happy they are busy and I'm sure it is well deserved. Saving 5 stars for when I can finally try the Birria menu when they aren't slammed. For the record the beer was outstanding and I would come back just for the Elegant Elephant!
First time going to City Built since they switched the menu/kitchen. Not going to lie, I was worried because the food was wonderful before, BUT somehow they raised the bar.
The drinks were also on point. The Alemania is a safe go to for a lager and the Wobbly Pop is great if you like things on the sweeter side.
For N.A. option: the lemonade was a fan favorite.

World class beer. Clearly top notch ingredients. Unlike some other local breweries, you seriously cannot go wrong ordering here. I've had their beer in the taproom, in restaurants, and in cans from the store, and it's always delicious, well balanced, and supremely enjoyable. Staff is appropriately friendly and attentive. Haven't had a chance to try their food yet, but it looks great.
