My family and I was really looking forward to trying cookies here. We all left the house to go, I went inside the store and placed our order. Upon paying for the order, the machine kept reading error. I waited atleast 10 minutes while they picked with the register. After sitting for atleast 10 minutes, the manager yelled out “oh well ma’am I don’t know what to tell you, you’ll have to pay with cash!” I feel that was completely inconsiderate considering I had already waited atleast 10 minutes at the register waiting for them to correct the issue and the nearest location was over 20 minutes away and I had drove 15 already to this location. At the VERY least, it would have been nice if the manager would have offered atleast 1 cookie free of charge for the mishap. My family was extremely disappointed and we did not get to try the cookies.

Who doesn't love Crumbl??? The weekly menu is so fun! I'm always excited to see what will be on it. The classic sugar cookie is a must for me every time, SO good! My sister had the mini cookies at her wedding and it was a big hit. Don't walk, RUN to Crumbl if you've never had it.
