Sadly our order was delivered smelling like marijuana. Unfortunate experience and the cookies were discarded. Reached customer service and they guided me to contact the store directly. The store was contacted directly however no communication was returned. The issue was clearly with DoorDash, but would’ve been nice to receive acknowledgement from the store.

I had such a great experience at Crumbl cookies today.
It was my cheat day for the month and I had been CRAVING. A soft cookie. I decided on Crumbl since it had been a while.
I went in and the store was clean, everyone seemed to be in a good mood, and the employee that helped me was really nice. I didn’t know what flavor to get and I didn’t want to get something and be disappointed, and jokingly told the employee that it would literally ruin my whole day...

The pumpkin cookie was really gooey like “wet” and it was underdone. The M&M cookie was hard and did not taste fresh baked today at all. Fortunately I only bought the minis. Not worth the price at all.
