I have been a frequent customer since about 2017. It just occurred to me to finally leave a review at the risk of having more of my favorite meat be sold out by the end of the day. After trying DOZENS of BBQ in the state, I can say with confidence that Daddy Pete's is the best in the region, if not state. You will not find better food, service, or value for your money at any other place within 3 hours of driving to this amazing business. I have tried every item on the menu...
Overall good experience. The food was mostly good. The sides were phenomenal. One minor gripe (and it's not big enough to keep us from returning) was we were the only customers there yet we still waiting 25 minutes for food. Low and slow bbq has been ready. But at the end of the day we'll be returning and we've been spreading the word. Thank you

The BBQ was the best I've had in the Grand Rapids area. So well done. I had ribs and brisket. Both were so good.Only a few places to sit but for take-out you can't beat this.
