Little too sunny in the morning for the igloos. But food was great and we had great service

Had a wonderful private dinner in the pods. Service was great and it was neat to enjoy a nice meal out listening to your own music!

Waitress was rude. Good food and good experience but our heater wasn't working so we were really cold!

The steak was very good but it was served with French Fries. I expected mashed potatoes and maybe green beans or similar sides at $65 for a steak.

We loved our experience at Margaux! The service was amazing and the food was even better! The duck and the crab Royale pasta are highly recommended.

The food is wonderful and ambiance is fantastic. We were seated in an igloo which was very fun, but were told we would not be able to choose the buffet as an option when seated outdoors. We were really bummed because this was our largest reason for choosing that restaurant. The service was horrible. We waited for 30 minutes for coffee alone and it took two hours with us having to hunt down the waitress for coffee and the check. A gratuity is automatically added and I would have never tipped her $32.

Had our Valentine's Day dinner in the igloos and it was a remarkable experience! They provided us with a speaker to really set the mood and the food was delicious. Definitely recommend!

What an amazing experience in the igloos outside during winter. They were warm and we could connect to Bluetooth to play our own music. It over looked the Grand River and offered beautiful views. We received VIO treatment the moment we pulled up in our car. Hannah our server was gracious and so kind. She went above and beyond to deliver us a hot chocolate experience for my mother. All of the food and drinks were delicious and warm. We will definitely be coming back here again! I highly recommend this place. ❤️

The setting, food, and drinks were great, but the service was even better. Samantha was an amazing waitress, and we were lucky to have been able to share parts of our experience with her.

Four stars for the very pleasant atmosphere and one star for the cuisine which clearly does not live up to the price paid. $40 for a plate of spaghetti bathed in a whole mound of melted butter is pretty painful. On the other hand, the domes are very nice, cozy and well heated. Please note, they automatically apply a $25 hotel fee + 20% service charge on the total bill).

My wife and I dined here in the summer. While there we found out about eating out in a private dome they only do in the winter. So we just went there tonight! Our waitress Emma(THE BEST) was amazing same as last time. She only works the tables outside so do yourself a favor and eat outdoors on the terrace or dome if in the winter! I decided to try something new and let Emma decide our entire meal. Apps-dessert including choice of wine. Very happy with her choices. Everything transitioned very well and the wine was a perfect pairing. When you go, you HAVE to get the braised carrots. Trust me, your welcome!

Really upsetting. I get an email today that our New Year’s Eve igloo reservation was canceled by the restaurant. 2 days before New Year’s Eve. I made this reservation weeks ago.
I call the restaurant immediately and get transferred to the manager. She states that they “tried calling” and “tried to leave a voicemail” but I got nothing, no call, no notice besides the email with no explanation. Manager stated that they only “have a 4 course meal, $130 per person for this night” and if I wanted to upgrade to that, OR I could cancel and get charged the $50 cancelation fee. INSANE. I respectfully declined the 4 course meal and stated that they WILL not charge me any fee because I had no prior knowledge to any of this mess. I will never dine here and I will let others know about this awful experience so they do not have to go through this. I can’t imagine, what if I was driving into town? What if I had made hotel accommodations around this dinner plan?
So inconsiderate.
