Placed an online order for delivery and I accidentally forgot to add marinara cups to the order. I tired going back in but it was too late. Plus there was a minimum charge of $15 to place another order. I called and the kind gentleman said he would just toss a couple in for me. Honest mistake and they were friendly enough to help me out.
When we ordered yesterday, they had given us the wrong pizza. We didnt notice until we got home and we stopped in this evening (4/29) and I let Juan know that our order the day before had been wrong and I honestly was only thinking hed be able to just give me a coupon for our next visit which would have been great but he ended up comping our food from this evening. He handled the situation with care and kindness. He went above and beyond and showed true genuine customer service....
Jb and hunter are here working on their own busting buns and doing their best. This is the cleanest I've ever seen the place and I've been coming here for a long time. Props guys!
