Have had a mostly good experience here as far as food goes, but staff are clearly overwhelmed and have to keep track of a lot. Have seen large backups in the store waiting for pizza, and the staff are either extremely slow or there are too few of them to keep up with anything.
I came in to order an the employee I believe her name was Molly at the time was the only one there. She took my order was very nice and professional. She didn't hesitate and got to my order not even 5 min later another employee came in (Jamie) and started helping her pack an get orders ready. The team work displayed was awesome got my order ready an good at the time promised! I live in Caledonia, an I can honestly say the customer service and service in general was worth...
Been to this location a few times and I’ve always had a good experience. Good interactions with the staff, the place has been clean, and the food has been good. No complaints. For what it’s worth, I’ve only gotten hand tossed pizzas.
