Delivered 1 hour past the time they told me. Cut the pizza weird and not all the way through the pizza. My parmesan bread bites weren’t cooked all the way through. They had from the time I called to 2 and a half hours later to at least prepare the food proper. If you’re going to order just place it for pick up or don’t order at all.

The delivery takes FOREVER , last ordered on Oct 26th , pizza took a hour & a half to come and was also cold , i called the manager and she said i would have to “ give back my previous pizza “ for a refund which i know for a fact isnt store policy, i hope they get it together before the store is eventually shut down.

Wait for online orders has been insane lately. Very unprofessional timing and food presentation, I’m pretty sure they don’t even check or do the online orders until someone calls to check on it..took OVER AN HOUR ON A TUESDAY NIGHT for two small items and I live in the neighborhood… they also barely answer the phone as well you’ll have to call a lot.
