I went there last Friday and had really friendly service, drinks were honestly great! Except my whole experience was ruined when I realized my tip was switched from a 30%tip to over a $100 tip. Working for years in customer service I’m both shocked and saddened, I’ve received $1 tips and never once had the inclining to steal from a patron. I will NEVER be returning to this establishment!

Drip Drop has been such a catalyst in Grand Rapids' economic recovery post-pandemic. The talent, knowledge, skill and class of this place helped elevate Bridge Street through the Renaissance it has experienced the last couple of years. Butcher's Union, Gin Gins, GWS and others owe their success to the pinnacle of service that Drip Drop exudes. The vibe is classy and intimate, and the mixologists know more about the history of spirits and cocktails than anyone you will ever meet. They prioritize sourcing local ingredients too, which feeds right back into the community. Live jazz on Wednesdays is something everyone deserves to experience at least once.
Drip Drop is hands down one of the best cocktail spots in Grand Rapids. The space itself is gorgeous! It's cozy, stylish, and the perfect vibe whether you’re on a date night or just grabbing drinks with friends. You can tell the bartenders know their craft inside and out. What really makes this place shine, though, is the staff. They’re not just talented, they’re genuinely welcoming and passionate about what they do. I’ve always felt taken care of and never rushed. They’re happy to talk through the menu, recommend something new, or even craft something custom based on your preferences. Drip Drop has quickly become one of my favorite spots in the city. If you’re looking for top-tier cocktails and an atmosphere that makes you want to stay all night, this is the place.

My partner and I stopped by Drip Drop for the first time this past Saturday night, and we were greeted with the greatest experience! It was very busy for 11pm but we were able to snag a couple of bar seats, and the bartenders (Connor, Johnny, and another nice gentleman) were so friendly and took their time when walking you through cocktails despite the rush. Our amazing host, who unfortunately I cannot remember the name of (long brown hair), welcomed us to the neighborhood with a complimentary palate cleanser since I had mentioned that we moved down the street not too long ago :)) We got two drinks each, totaling around $60 before tip, so a bit on the pricier side (in my opinion), but the cocktails are unique and it is worth it if you are looking for a cool date-night spot. We will definitely be returning to try out more of the menu!
