20/10. The pizza and cheesy bread really hit a new high! This was my favorite order of many. 🤌

I just called about my door dash provided my name which only I and the dasher would know. And the lady who answered was so stuck up she told me she wouldn’t provide me any information and that it was probably because I didn’t give a good tip. I have a 25% tip I’m an office administrator it was incredibly disrespectful to have a Fratelli’s worker try to question me on that. On top of the fact she is I competent and incredibly rude to customers with a snobby snotty voice. She’s lucky I had the grace to hang up and not ask for her name to directly report her. Would never go to this restaurant again.

Why are large pizzas cut like a preschooler cut them? You know pizza comes in slices right? A slice is triangle just in case you didnt know. What an absolute trash way to eat a pizza, picking up all these jigsaw pizzas. Disgusting

This is one of the top pizza houses in west Michigan. They have great sauce, fresh toppings, and always cook the crust to perfection. I actually drive from kzoo periodically to bring one home. I wish they had one here.

My wife and I went there with my son and future daughter-in-law to meet the owner and try out some food for their upcoming wedding. Everything was fantastic. The owner and everyone we had contact with there were fantastic. Super friendly, helpful, and easy to talk to. And the food was amazing. We all got different items and shared. We liked everything that came to the table, but the fettuccine alfredo with grilled chicken was my favorite. I'm 55 and love that dish and what we got at Fratelli's was by far the best I've ever had. Needless to say, they are catering my son's upcoming event. Even though we live over an hour away, we can't wait to go back for dinner again.

I was unaware of how busy this place is on the weekends (I assume it's because of there being several bars in that area). I had to pay for parking at the nearby air garage - almost $6 for exactly 11 minutes that I took to grab my order and leave. That's unreasonable. The mozzarella sticks were edible, but not good and the Nutella pizza was a unique option i was excited to try, but it was fairly bland and underwhelming. The strawberries kept sliding off and it was smaller than expected. The subs, however, were great and very affordable. I'd order from Fratelli's again, but only if wasn't paying to park while I grab my order.....

Food and drink were great our server with the long black hair and eyelash extensions was amazing but the manager with the blue sweater and glasses who came to take our payment (who even acknowledged she didn’t ask if we wanted to split the payment first) got visibly annoyed after we asked to split the payment, making us feel uncomfortable and unwelcomed. She also asked if we’d like boxes, her energy very intense, which is understandable seeing as they were busy but still it was making for an uncomfortable experience. The biggest point of my never wanting to return is when the manger brought the boxes, she almost mumbled to herself but we were very much able to HEAR her say “oh did she not thing you these boxes” which, you should NEVER let guests hear frustrations you have with employees but also LET UP GIRL! SHE WAS DOING GREAT PLEASE GIVE YOUR POOR EMPLOYEES A BREAK

The pizza was great but the service was EXCELLENT. We accidentally dropped a slice of pizza and the employee gave us another piece to replace it. They were so kind about it. I would definitely go back. The prices are also soooo reasonable.

Cool place in a cool location. Unexpected from the exterior, the menu is fantastic. Really good Italian food, and at great atmosphere.
