Fratelli’s Kitchen & Bar

Waited over 20 min after being seated before just leaving. A waiter never came to check on us, but served the couple that was seated AFTER US and had even served them their appetizer. Really frustrating after waiting an hr to be seated.

Went there for a bar crawl and the service was rude and demeaning. When we got there the bartender seemed like we were a bother and was not friendly at all. Won't be back.

Visited GR for the first time this weekend; walked into the dine-in restaurant of Fratelli’s with our 3 little ones and neither staff member present even glanced at us in the 3 minutes we stood in the doorway, 2pm on a Friday afternoon. Only reason I gave stars was we went to the grab-a-slice window next door and the pizza was quite delicious. Not fresh at all but still delicious

Ordered a pizza from Fratelli's and was incredibly disappointed with the service. Despite being told it would be ready in 30-45 minutes, I arrived to find that my order was still not prepared. The staff was dismissive and unprofessional, treating me as if I were inconveniencing them. I will not be ordering from Fratelli's again and would not recommend it to anyone.

This was just disappointing. My chicken parm was some ready made grilled chicken with sauce and cheese. My girls had the meatballs and spaghetti. It meatballs were dry and tasted like they just rolled up beef and cooked it. My wife’s sprouts and wings were cold but good. There was a really nice server but he was the only one. It was around 12pm. There was one large table eating. We waited 30 minutes for food.

This place is trash 64 dollars for two large pizzas and bread sticks and it’s all undercooked and tastes like booty

The pizza was great. We also really enjoyed the fried mushrooms. Unfortunately, our spaghetti seemed as if it was cooked in a crockpot all day. Noodles very overcooked and chopped up into tiny pieces. Sauce tasted like Chef Boyardee. The sausage was fine there just wasn’t much of it.
