They will laugh at you when you call and say they didn't put sauce on your pizza then make you drive your delivery back to the restaurant because they assume your lying, then when you get a replacement pizza because you proved them wrong it's the sloppiest undercooked disaster you've ever seen...... used to enjoy now it's a huge joke get more mature staff, laughing at someone for reporting your mess up on a 50 dollar meal is distasteful......

Always great food and great service. Tuesdays and Thursdays have a special...buy one sub get second half off. What I like best is the variety of subs available. Their bread knots ate great too. The only drawback is super limited parking in west of downtown area.

Wow has this place changed. Used to be a nicer date night spot. But now it's become a rowdy, loud, sportsbar where the bartenders get drunk with the patrons.I got there on a Saturday night and soon it became clear the staff had boyfriends or friends etc who were there to watch a PPV fight. That group was loud and got irritated because the fight wasn't on the tvs it wanted. I witnessed bar staff do three rounds of shots with that group. One of the group was likely an employee off duty, but kept going behind the bar to get alcohol and key in drinks. This created a chaotic atmosphere at the bar. The staff didnt have control of the bar and customers (likely because they were drinking too), and other tables were screeching and causing a loud atmosphere that was visible bothering patrons trying to have their meal.I dont think my bartender put my food order in, because I saw her react startled and rush to the kitchen. My sandwich eventually came out, but the chicken was dry and the fries were undercooked.I wont be back. It felt like i was at a private party the bar staff and their friends were having.

Pizza was completely overcooked. Tasted burnt, smelled burnt. Toppings were dry. Please don't serve this to your customers. Next time, toss it and bake another one. This 18" pizza will go to waste. Poor ingredients! More respect towards your customers and ingredients!

Service was 100 out of 10. Great ambience, great people and amazing pizza. The pizza tasted like childhood, the dough was so good it could be eaten alone, the sauce was tremendous and evenly spread, and the cheese was heavenly. I can tell I am going to become a regular, so next time you find yourself in the westside stop by like I did. You wont be disappointed, you will be glad you did.

My husband and I were just here for the New Years' Weekend. We stopped in here because they were the only ones open on NY Day. Julie was our fantastic server. The food was just excellent. I had the Cod and it was encrusted with deliciousness. The Aglio Olio pasta dish is SUPER SPICY, which was not mentioned when ordered. Thank goodness my husband can handle that fire. We also enjoyed the Lemon Cream cake, which was just delicious! Overall the experience was pleasant, and the food was just AMAZING! THEY DO CHARGE YOU A SURCHARGE FOR CREDIT CARD USE!!!! - That was also not mentioned beforehand or on the menu.

I would have gave a better review but the staff was horrible and very rude on the phone and in person! The food was good minus the fried cauliflower. It was spicy fried cauliflower and when my fiancé Arthur called about it the guy said I’m just a pizza maker, I’ll have a manger contact you but I’m very busy gotta go. So the staff is very disrespectful!

We planned ahead and used this location for a work group gathering (~40 people) on a Monday night.The restaurant was very accommodating, providing pizza, bread sticks and salad for a reasonable cost per person.The space was great and the business was relatively easy to access from the expressway.The staff was extremely friendly and did a great job keeping fresh pizza coming. The bartender did great fulfilling all drink requests.Parking was perhaps the only downside, but with its location, a short walk was to be expected.Parking: Find parking on adjacent streets or lots nearby.
The food was very, very good. The atmosphere was not my favorite. My friends and I were seated in the back corner booth, which was nice and private. The lighting by our table was honestly kind of horrible. There was a flood light blaring right into my face, and I couldn't see any of my friends' faces. It was also very dark. I'm not trying to bash the restaurant, so I hope this is taken as a constructive criticism. Our waitress was kind and did well. The food took some time, but it was very good and worth the wait.

I hosted a pizza party at my son's school today I got the pizzas from Fratelli's on Bridge st, I give a Rousing Round of Applause to all the staff and cooks right on down to the friendly and Courteous delivery guy that helped me carry everything in, my son and I have had dinner in the restaurant before and we have never been unsatisfied, I hope upon hope you continue to have GREAT SUCCESS in future days, months and years to come! I strongly suggest you give Fratelli's on Bridge st a serious consideration when looking for and Excellent place to spend your hard earned dollars. HATS OFF TO YOU!! EAT LOCAL!

Food is amazing! Arrabbiata Meatballs are so good, I love the sauce. Tried the french fries for the first time on this visit. They are thin sliced very unique and tasty. I highly recommend this place in downtown GR. Everything tastes good!
