Stood in line for more than 30 minutes as the one employee rang up orders and filled them to the best of her ability. When it came my turn, I discovered they had NO CUSTARD! Why not just close? Unbelievable!

The Night Shift guy who works the front. Always complains, I don’t know his name. Not the guy with dark hair. He’s nice. I don’t care about waiting, about things being out. It happens I worked fast food. But tonight annoyed me. He told his friend that he will make his ice cream but said he won’t make more after him. Once he gave his friend ice cream he stopped helping guests (we were there for at least 10 minutes. Maybe 8.and it was a long line. He stoped helping the guest to clean th station so he can say no more custard. They hardly have custard when I go. and I’ve gone before 1 before. I never complain but that was just rude.

No refills on drinks, the only fast food restaurant I have been to that doesn't offer refills. Corperate greed to charge 10x the cost of a drink and refuse a refill. It's un American.

The food tasted fine. But the employees were TERRIBLE. The guy making my shake had no gloves on. He made it wrong and instead of just making me a new one he just scooped the stuff off of the shake that he incorrectly made and then just added what I was supposed to have. It took them about 5 minutes to even take my order, as they were all just sitting around talking. For $18, I would not recommend coming to this location and I will definitely not be returning.

I’m 0/2 at this place. The first time only one person was working, after a 20 minute wait, 2 more people showed up from their smoke break. Today I realized they got my order wrong after I got to my gate.

Restaurantji Recommends
First, I waited 40 minutes during business hours while they did a switchover from breakfast to lunch. Then when I finally got my one item order it was wrong, like really wrong. They added cheese when I said no cheese and the food not at the tomato (I paid extra for) and the ketchup. Even though I was the first person to order after the switchover, thru still let my hamburger wait on the prep counter for about 3 minutes before handing out to me so it was soggy then. All in all, I will not be eating at this Freddy's again.
