The food at Freddy’s is solid—classic steakburgers and frozen custard that hit the spot. But the service left a lot to be desired during my visit. Several team members were more focused on chatting about personal issues than helping customers. It didn’t feel like service was a priority. A little more professionalism would go a long way in improving the experience.
Not going to lie, this was the best fast-food breakfast burrito I’ve ever had. Only reason for 4 stars is that half of the burrito was cold (whatever) and the machine asked for a tip. Not sure when we starting tipping at airport fast-food takeout… but that’s a no from me, dawg.
First time eating Freddy’s, probably won’t eat it again. Burger is underwhelming, my strawberry shake was just vanilla custard with frozen strawberry pieces in it that I had to chew, fries are thin cut.
