The food is great and the staff are incredible. We ordered the wrong thing online (sashimi and sushi instead of rolls) and the staff got us sorted out with the rolls we wanted quickly and without any fuss.
Delicious food and ginormous portions! General Tao chicken was tender and crispy and flavorful, a bit on the sweeter side. Chicken hibachi was stellar. Tom Kha soup was a bit sour and bland and far too spicy. The wait for food was a bit on the long side, so if you are on a timetable this is not the place. Definitely will keep Fuji Yama in mind moving forward though. Yum!
4.4 ⭐s Overall is Correct. First time here but definitely not the first experience with sushi. Food was great and tasted fresh at a reasonable cost. Service was ok on this busy Sunday dinner period.
