I have recently had the pleasure of discovering Gaby’s Gourmandise. One bite of pistachio cream puff and I was hooked, I’ve gone back every week since and cannot wait to return next week. These delicate treats are more than just a dessert they are artistic expressions of passion and love for one’s craft. If you have not been I encourage to make a trip. Merci Gaby!
Hubby and I decided for our anniversary to unplug and explore Grand Rapids dessert shops. Gaby’s Gourmandise skyrocketed to the top spot and stayed there! When the last keylime pie sold right before us, Gaby stepped up and created one right in front of our eyes. Letting us sample another filling as we waited. As a French family, we are grateful for Gaby’s. The pastries here are in many cases better than what you can find in France because Gaby and his team make everything from scratch. The choux, cannelés, and galette des rois are not to be missed. Merci, Gaby!
