stopped by gaslight kitchen and ordered the orange chicken, shrimp, and veggies. the orange chicken had a nice balance of sweet and tangy, the shrimp were cooked well, and the veggies tasted fresh. portions were good and everything came out hot. definitely a satisfying meal and i'd order the same thing again.
Easily the best Chinese restaurant in GR. When I have friends or family visiting, I usually take them here…Gaslight Kitchen always comes in clutch. What really sets this place apart is just how fresh everything is. You can tell that quality ingredients are used. I know it’s pretty basic but my god the General Tso’s here is insane 🤯
You’re not missing much. Was really looking forward to some redemptive pad thia from the GR area and sadly this missed the mark. The flavor was missing, completely. Will say the quantity was awesome. The chicken (chicken pad thia) was a fair amount, and at least there was ONE green onion… but as a whole it was dry and clumpy. Noodles bunched together like day old spaghetti. 0 character to the flavor. Nothing about it made you say “Wow, that’s good.” You just take a bite...
