Food was ok. Wait staff kept forgetting to bring us utensils, drinks, or meals for some of our party. She finally brought the last meal and proceeded to tell us a long personal story about getting a DUI while we politely sat with our forks poised over food that was growing cold. It was really odd. View was nice but we made inside reservations and were seated outside so some of us were cold and not dressed for the breezy day
We just held our daughters wedding reception at Gypsum Grill and Even Center. OUTSTANDING!! Mackenzie was such a joy to work with. She is professional, organized and eager to help! I had NO stress because of her work ethic and attention to detail! The staff was present and hard working. The chef made amazing food! The atmosphere was beautiful. It was everything we envisioned and more!
Have been coming here for months and absolutely love it. However, we tried coming in tonight at 8:55 for a drink and were told that it closed in 5 min. Your online hours still say that you are open until 11pm. No problem, would just recommend changing your hours to reflect the actual time you close.
