There was just a lady and a teenage guy in the store at the time I came in, but the experience was still great. The kid was super nice, and the lady helped me when I had a question. Great chain pizza.

i had asked for extra mushrooms and this is far from extra. this is the 2nd time ive asked for extra mushrooms and got what looks like should be a "normal" amount. rather disappointing ?

Food is great, but service has dropped. 1-1/2 hour wait for delivery, but quoted 45 min online. When I called after 1hr I got an unapologetic "we are busy" and it's going to be another 30 minutes. Disappointed customer

Decent pizza if you can get an order in. Text to order doesn't work most of the time and it's tough to get an order in over the phone because no one ever picks up.
I ordered by text one Jets 10 and one small 4 piece meat lovers and my price came back as $33.94 and then 5 minutes later they texted back and said it was going to be $44.00. When I asked why the extra charge the Manager said because I added banana peppers and Jalapeno peppers which I did but did not think it would be $11.00 more. I ended up cancelling my order as for that price we decided to go out and eat. I usually like this Jets location but so disappointed this time. They also ended up charging me for the pizza that i cancelled!

Ordered at 5pm, they were meant to deliver at 6:06pm but at 7pm (plenty of time for leniency, in my opinion) I called to ask where it is and when it would be delivered and was confronted by a kid who told me that my address doesn't exist because his gps didn't show it!!!! He claimed that he called my number several times and I didn't pick up, but I had ZERO missed calls. I would never try this place ever again! My kids were even more disappointed
