I haven’t had Jet’s before, but I was thoroughly impressed by the square pizza and wings. Somebody said I had Detroit style pizza, but that didn’t mean much to me because I don’t know what that is. All I know is that it was really good. Service was great as well. We will be back! Parking spaces are tight, and that is the only drawback at this location. Not a restaurant problem, but a landlord problem.

I ordered an online lunch special and when I arrived at the store the order had failed. I tried 4 more times, each time the order failed. The young associate asked for assistance from his manager and the manager explained the possible causes for the inconvenience. He was gracious and polite.

I think he taught his employee the importance of customer service by being so kind. I will return again and again to the store on Cascade and Forest Hills. The pizza is...

Pizza is always hot and high quality. Drivers are courteous and ahead of quoted times. The promptly answer their phone. The BLT pizza was perfect - lettuce was still cool and crisp but the pizza was hot.
