The guy that took my order was so very rude. We were the only ones in there and he acted as if I was holding up the line. My son likes to go there, and that will be the only reason I will ever go back. They should vet their people better. The food was very good.

Great place to grab a quick bite to eat, conveniently located in the heart of downtown, amongst all the hustle and bustle! I work downtown and order from these guys all the time, between their delivery bikers/cars or just walk up on a leisurely stroll on my break.
Very quick, in and out. While "Frwaky Fast" isn't what they advertise anymore, they definitely get ya taken care of with a quickness at this location.

Nice place, but I visited during lunch hour so a bit crowded. Still the food was good and the staff were friendly and courteous.
Vegetarian options: There are some options and even at least one submarine sandwich that is fully vegetarian.
Kid-friendliness: Rather kid friendly with some menu options for little tummies.
