Terrible customer service. I placed a DoorDash order before 9:30 and it was not done because someone didn’t push the order through all of the way and alert the kitchen. I also called the store to make sure it was done(this isn’t the first time they didn’t push something through for me), but ofcourse no one answered. Walked in and felt like my order wasn’t important and was told the kitchen is closed so we can’t do anything. Mind you there was no one in the restaurant, so it should have been done.This isn’t the first time I’ve ordered something and it wasn’t confirmed by them, but the order was usually still already made before I got there.I definitely will not be going here again. If you have an online order make sure you pay attention to whether it gets confirmed.

Absolutely TERRIBLE service. Also no music in the restaurant which I found to be awkward. Got seated an hour after our scheduled reservations in the comfy lounge/couch area downstairs. People who walked in for a table after us ate and left before we even got a water. The waiter, who I assume was a manager acting as a waiter, was painfully slow- not checking on us for over 45 minutes. No water refills were given. I had to ask "has it been busy" to get any sort of explanation as to why our table wait was so long, to which she did not apologize, just said yes it was busy. I work in customer services so I understand gets busy. But our waitress provided absolutely terrible and SLOW SLOW SLOW service. Ordered the food which took a while, before she literally disappeared for TWO HOURS. I had to flag down a different waiter for a box, a check, and a pen to sign the check. She finally came back around to collect our plates and asked how everything was. The food was yummy and authentic, but not worth the price for the sizes. There was absolutely no explanation or apology given to us as to why WE waited so long for a table, water, or food. And by the time we left, they were sweeping and trying to close up, as we were one of the last ones there. The hostess was super sweet and doing her best. However, our experience with the waitress "taking care" of us was absolutely terrible. 0/10 won't be coming back ever. If you want to go to a delicious, HELPFUL asian restaurant, go to Maru Sushi and Grill.

getting a little irritated because this is the second week in a row that upon calling the restaurant to place an order, the line is “busy” and says, “the wireless customer you’re trying to call is not available at this time please call again later.” after calling them several times with no luck, i tried ordering online only to find out that all the food delivery services listed on google under the restaurant don’t actually work with Ju, and you can only order through door dash (the very last option at the bottom of the list of services) where the prices are all increased. I eventually drove to the restaurant to place my to go order (keep it mind it was not busy at all inside) and when I asked about their phone lines, the hostess told me they leave the phone on to purposely not accept phone calls, making the line constantly busy (and they showed me the phone that was on and turned down).. This is horrible customer service and super frustrating when trying to order ahead, especially when they only work with ONE food delivery service… i’m bummed and upset because i love their food, but this is a sure fire way to lose customers, Ju.

The prices have increased, the cuts of sashimi are far worse than they used to be, and the rolls are small. Spent $95 and had a miserable experience.

Moon Circles Enchanted Garden

This is a beautiful place, with high quality sushi. The service is excellent. I ordered the Poke bowl, a friend ordered a tower, and two other friends ordered rolls. Everyone was happy. There is plenty of parking too.

We used to love Ju, driving 40 minutes just for their sushi. However the pricing has increased so much it's no longer worth it.

Came here for a gift card. No one helped me. Then was informed no one could help me. Wasted my whole lunch hour driving here just to not be helped, apparently the server at the front desk nor any managers could be bothered.Will NEVER come here or eat here now, and will do everything in my power to keep people away.

$10 for 3 takoyakis is ridiculous. That’s more expensive than NYC prices for the same dish and the quality is lower.It also took 45 minutes for the sushi to come out, even though there were only 4 other tables besides us in the restaurant.
