The waiter was nice but the meat in the bulgogi was tough, the salad vegetables seemed like they’d been sitting out a while. The tuna tataki was pretty good but low on flavor. It’s more of a bar that happens to serve Japanese/Korean food than a serious restaurant.

Fantastic costumer service! Friendly from when we called to see if there was a wait to greeting us at the door all the way thru service and as we left. Courtney was a phenomenal server and made sure we had a 10/10 experience. Interior was beautiful and very chill cozy vibes.

This review is for Nick. We are regulars at Ju and his customer service is by far the best I’ve received. Within the first 5 minutes the service was already incredible.
