I’ve gotten Zoup a couple times and the quality has gone down each time. The food isn’t very fresh and the sandwiches are very sloppily assembled. The soup is good, but all other food is okay. It’s pretty quick if you need a speedy meal.
The hot honey chicken sandwich was delish! Sweet and spicy, messy and crunchy. All good things. The broccoli cheddar soup was just okay. It's missing something but I could put my finger on it. Really good, crunchy rolls and a great selection of drinks. Staff was friendly and your food comes out quickly. A number of the tables were dirty but it might have been because it was just after the lunch hour. Staff wiped down the tables, but not the seats, which also had crumbs on them....read full review
