For some reason, it works really well in this particular Zoup.In all seriousness, I’m not expecting to skip the line or jump ahead of the online orders, but I don’t feel like expecting to simply be acknowledged, is asking too much. Several minutes went by before one of the employees points to me and asked the other employee, “Has she ordered yet?” Please work on customer service.. Unacceptable.

If lack of care in serving, taking orders, and working could be quantified into one mood, and then put into one place, it would be this place. Invariably they don't give me bread for both bowls of soup I get, the soup is sloppily placed in each container, which leads it to leak out of the substandard containers, leak through the bag, and cause the bottom of the bag to give way. I wish this was a once in a while occurrence, but it is an every occurrence, and unless my companion insists on Zoup for dinner, I prefer the longer drive from my house to go to Potbelly's - they don't have as big of a selection and don't include the hunk of french bread that Zoup is supposed to provide, but the bowls never leak or spill on the way home, and we always get what we order. I'm also not ignored when I enter, as I am at Zoup. As an aside, I should not be made to feel like I'm a nuisance when I ask to taste a soup - that's their whole deal; they provide samples so you know what the soup tastes like. Suffice it to say I only go here when I can't dissuade my companion to go elsewhere.

I came in after a doctor's appointment. First time visiting Zoup!. I took the recommendation from Nathan and ordered the Mediterranean Bowl. It was excellent! The place was clean and well lit.

I’ve gotten Zoup a couple times and the quality has gone down each time. The food isn’t very fresh and the sandwiches are very sloppily assembled. The soup is good, but all other food is okay. It’s pretty quick if you need a speedy meal.

Stopped by at zoup for a quick little lunch. Specifically asked for a bowl and drink. Waited patiently for the food, once my name was called up and I get served I remind the worker that I had a drink included also showed a receipt for confirmation, manager immediately yells at the coworker, “stop he didn’t pay for a drink!” He proceeds to show her on the screen my order and then realizes he was mistaken. On the screen with my order and name it shows I paid for both the soup and my drink. Try not to jump to conclusions based on looks buddy.

You killed my favorite soup!! (Chicken Pot Pie) You watered it down to a broth with some chicken and vegetables in it. I was fired up for my ole favorite and was on 10:23/23 but was very disappointed! Won’t be back !

The hot honey chicken sandwich was delish! Sweet and spicy, messy and crunchy. All good things. The broccoli cheddar soup was just okay. It's missing something but I could put my finger on it. Really good, crunchy rolls and a great selection of drinks. Staff was friendly and your food comes out quickly. A number of the tables were dirty but it might have been because it was just after the lunch hour. Staff wiped down the tables, but not the seats, which also had crumbs on them. I would definitely come back.
