Just went through the drive-thru. Got a rather large order and so they did warn me that it was going to take about five minutes for them to cook it all up. So we just had to pull over and wait for a bit. But all the food was good and piping hot.

If thier was a zero.. for service.. I would put it. Sure..they handed me my food..congrats on getting that done. I said Please, and Thank you at least 5 times.. I got nothing back, what I got was "place your order when ready", i gave simple order with add on corn. "did you want to subsitute" I said no.. I want add on, then another guy came on speaker "Did you want to subsitute?" No, I would like a add on corn not subsitute. No, Ok, thank you..No Great we got your order and this is what you ordered..just ok.. so I pulled up to next window (*without being asked*) then the women just proceeded to take my money no comment no talking no hello, no please or thank you, no can I get you anything else.. just blank stare.. hands me the food..no good bye..have a nice day. Someone else posted friendly guest service.. I think they found the one person. I came in at 3pm on a Saturday.

This was terrible. I had to wait 10 minutes for fries, so I sat in the parking lot. I asked for extra butter and honey for the biscuits in the fill up box... When I finally got home, I found out I had no butter, no honey, and no sauces! Not even dividers like advertised. F THIS PLACE! I will never go back!

Kind of upset i ordereda family meal thru Drive thru they ask which 2 sides i want it and i said mash and fries, then i ask for an additional mash large,i get my food and leave get home and they forgot the fries, so i drive back and go thru drivethry and told them what happened they say o yeah we got your side at the window. I go to the window and they give me a bag but before we leave the parking lot my wife checks it and it's coleslaw, she gets out and goes in, the lady there"adriana"( maybe softener spelling), says if we can't speak English we shouldn't go thru Drive thru. It was so disrespectful because my wife is Mexican but has no accent we speak more English than Spanish, she kept getting loud and threathen to call the cops.i don't know why racist people want to work customer service, that's the last time we go to kfc

Worst fried chicken ever it was dry it was all black under the skin, tasted old I had to throw most of it in the garbage. Don't ever go there!
