The workers were kind and friendly and efficient. I came in during the dinner rush, and the manager was training two different employees and it was busy, but he kept his cool, was respectful and kind to the staff and I want to just give the most glowing reviews of this place because not only was my food fresh and delicious and correct but the staff was very welcoming and kind and friendly.
Was looking forward to KFC meal. Was very disappointed today. Chicken ordered original. But was most of the way crispy. Way too salty, is all I could taste. Mashed potatoes were bland and tasteless. Watery white tasteless mush. So disappointed. Not the normal KFC. Have they changed recipes ??
This is the Michigan and Dianond site is the best Kentucky Fried Chicken Site. Food is always fresh and Customer Service is great. I drive from South East side Kentwood area just to eat Kentucky fried chicken here
