We had KJ’s catering for our wedding at the Lake House in Ludington and it was delicious! We were able to design the menu we wanted (which included my dream of having mac and cheese at my wedding) and everything was great!! The brisket was especially tasty. Several people said it was the best wedding food they’d ever had. And they packaged up all of the leftovers for us to take home at the end of the night.

Omg! KJ Catering is the way to go if you are getting married. I recently got married in Ludington, Mi at the Lake House. Kj catering served the most delicious food for the cocktail hour and dinner. One thing I knew for sure is I didn’t want boring food at my wedding. My husband and I enjoy going out to eat and sharing yummy meals together so this was important to us. We chose to have the charcuterie display and baked bbq chicken wings during cocktail hour and it did not disappoint. For dinner we had the kjs special chicken with champagne cream sauce, Caesar salad, rolls, chefs choice vegetables, Yukon gold mashed potato’s, Mac n cheese and the brisket… ALL TO DIE FOR! Such amazing food and amazing service. Special shout out to Chef Kevin! Thank you for the wonderful food and service that you provided for our wedding. It was above and beyond my expectations. Family and friends are still talking about how good it was!

We ended up having the charcuterie display with the bread and butter extension for a appetizer and the entrée's we had smoked beef brisket, chicken marbella, sweet potato hash, cheesy potatoes, and cornbread. We got so many compliments from our guest that it was some of the best food they've had at a wedding. We highly recommend KJ Catering for any event that you may be having in the GR area! From the tasting, to your event, they're friendly and professional. You wont regret it!

KJCatering catered a last minute open house/birthday party for 50 people. We called with only a week’s notice, ordered pulled pork, baked chicken, cheesy potatoes, hot vegetables, Cole slaw and a fruit bowl. The food arrived on time, was set up efficiently, and most importantly … was absolutely delicious! We had plenty of leftovers and people were even asking to take some of the BBQ sauce home with them! We were very pleased, to say the least, and will definitely hire them again for our next “event”!!

All of the food was excellent, Kathie was easy and pleasant to coordinate with, and they had very reasonable pricing. Brad the staff person was very timely and friendly, went above and beyond in his setup, serving, takedown, clearing plates, and bagging all the leftovers. We are very happy to highly recommend them for any catering occasions.
