We visited Knoop with a group of 12 and had a wonderful time. It was easy to make a reservation and they put our group into a cute spot near the bar. The host, our server and the manager were all great! We will be back again.
Overall the experience was really good at Knoop in Grand Rapids, MI. The dining table we were seated at could've been better as I was right up against a support beam and small window but overall the food was excellent and the drinks were great.
Good burger.
- Wagyu Burger - $18: A high quality beef that was leaner and a tad drier. It was cooked medium-well. The two patties were almost smash burger thin and cooked similarly. I didn’t sense the carmelizing, though.
It had a great amount of cheese. The toppings were fresh and balanced. The sauce was nice, but I think I would have preferred a little ketchup on it (which they had on the side).
