We had a reservation for 4 at 8pm and waited over 20 mins to be sat as we watched parties that came in after us be seated. My husband spoke with a manager and we were sat immediately. Our server Kelyn was AMAZING and made the experience even better. The food was great and our children had no complaints. All in all it started out rough but turned around for the better.
We tried K Pot on our anniversary for the first time and it was interesting to say the least. Both of us picked different ingredients to try and in the end we managed to cook our own meals and not burn ourselves in the process. It was a nice experience overall and the waitress was very helpful in explaining the concept.

Unfortunately, this year I’ve noticed a significant decline in quality. The jumbo shrimp are no longer available, the bean sprouts have disappeared from the sauce bar, and snow crab legs are either unavailable or only come out for a very limited time on some days.
