I loved living at River Flats at 820 Monroe. The staff was always very prompt with any communication, and maintenance showed up to help me within an hour of putting in a request! The building is quiet and comfortable, and I always felt safe. I loved living along the river and the rooftop view. The exposed brick and big windows with natural light was also amazing to have. The maintenance and management team are beyond incredible - kind, responsive, helpful, professional. Great location near downtown, secure building, clean environment. Flexible and affordable parking pass options for those with seasonal vehicles. ALSO: super pet friendly!

Hands down the best place I've ever lived. The property management staff treat us well, we're heard when we have issues. And THIS VIEW! Im not moving any time soon, so get used to there being a waiting list. Its for a reason and its worth it.
