Frequently meet friends and have some of the best brunch in the city. Always busy but for a reason, and the service and hospitality which are already top notch, do not suffer. An example of this is when they bring you your food they remember who ordered which plate. This is one of those underrated hospitality things they do that other establishments don’t reach. I will always be back :)

Lucy's was very nice, I came here for my birthday and they let me know I could get a free bakery item on my birthday! I loved the atmosphere and the service was great. My complaints would be the price and the fact that my espresso martini wasn't anything impressive. The French toast is amazing tho!

Had brunch with a friend yesterday. The food was great as always but I want to highlight my server Adam. He is phenomenal!!! Very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. He went through extra mile to make us feel appreciated as customers. He provides a high standard of customer service that should be monetarily rewarded by Lucy's management.

This has been my go-to spot ever since they opened, and I'm thrilled to see them getting national recognition! I recommend the Sy's Pot Pie or the Steak and Eggs.

I hope someday they bring back the Ring of Fire pancake and the breakfast sandwich with the regular biscuit!

Yeah... I'd say it's worth the hype. The prices reflect that and are a bit too high in my opinion, but the service was good and the food was delicious. This was our first visit. We had the biscuits and gravy and the breakfast poutine as our main dishes, and a bacon cinnamon roll as a starter... OMG. I'll be back for that alone!

Would 100 percent recommend the monte cristo. It was so good. The table next to us had some bloody Mary’s which looked amazing. I regretted not getting one. Service was great.

Parking: Small parking lot which fills up quickly. Street parking nearby

My wife and I have lived in Grand Rapids for about 10 years and we’ve been coming here for breakfast ever since it was called “Little Lucy’s.” We’ve seen several slight rebrands during our time coming here, but the important stuff has always remained the same — the delicious food, the fun and polite staff, and the lively atmosphere. During the early months of the pandemic, we got takeout from Lucy’s at least weekly because we were so worried about losing our favorite spot and we wanted to support in whatever way we could. I will say, this spot isn’t for everyone. Our parents prefer a classic diner style breakfast and this is a little bougie for them. But there are some classic options on the menu, and if you want something a little different than your typical greasy spoon, I’d urge you to try this place. They are vegan and vegetarian friendly with a lot of options for a lot of different dietary restrictions. My personal favorite dish is the Sy’s breakfast pot pie with vegetarian sausage. This spot is a treasure for our Creston neighborhood and in my opinion, it is THE BEST breakfast/brunch in GR.

The breakfast poutine was amazing with gravy, cheese curds, green onion, and pickled red onions was our favorite item. The southwest soup was tasty as well. The waitress was nice but didn't bring us water or beverages or come back to check on us after our initial order.
