Great atmosphere! Unfortunately was a little bit busy so there was quite a bit of a wait, but it was one of the most unique open air coffee shops I have ever seen! Just a word of note they do not carry sugar free syrups and have more limited offerings with specials with unique and mature flavors rather than light and playful lattes and such. Also the Croissant I got was a little burnt but other than that very nice place.
I would give Madcap 10 stars if I could! Found the Fulton Roastry location while on a day trip to Grand Rapuds with my mom. The esthetic caught my eye. From the moment we stepped in the experience was delightful. Elise took our orders and let us know that the Farmers Market was about a block and half away. The coffee is the very best. Drinking their mocha is like drinking (what you would imagine) a cloud. I love their seasonal blends, especially the New Moon blend. My bestie in Austin insists I buy it for her and she lives in coffee shop Mecca.
