Amazing food AND amazing customer service! Would highly recommend and cant wait to come again!!!

Quality of food is degrading for whatever reason. I used to love it, but their food is no longer consistent with different type of noodles and amount of sauce are used depending on the night (chicken Alfredo dinner). Not ideal when I try to recommend somewhere and it’s not the same as it was last week.

Victoria was such a sweetheart to my daughter... and her puppy... ADORABLE Brenda made a picture for her and talked about her during our prayers last night! They gave away pizzas and pop for free today... genuine kindness!

Good pizza

This place is great! I ordered twice; and for the price, the food was outstanding. Service was fantastic. I would definitely order here again.

This is a must for Grand Rapids. Staff was awesome and very polite. We had a huge order for our hockey club, they delivered and everything was perfect. Pizza was great! Thank you again!

Pizza was mediocre. I have never ordered a slice that was not heated in the oven before being served. I can't underatand how a pizza restaurant doesn't have oregano. I would also prefer to eat in a place that wasn't playing Christian music videos on the tv through their phone, where employees weren't talking about politics or laughing about how the cook's uncle was a child molester. A very disappointing experience. I would not go here again.

High quality pizza. Really enjoyed our order - get the italian bites and order garlic butter for THE WIN.

First time ordering Veggie Sub with extra sausage. I was charged for the sausage, but when I picked up the sub there was no sausage inside. Called back and was being treated very rudely by clerk stating that she made the sub herself. I know what sausage looks like, I am staring at my sub and there is no meat on it. Clerk refuse to remove extra charge, which is no biggie, but I felt as though she accused me of lying which is upsetting. Poor customer service, will not be back.

Came to pickup my pizza, was then told, that by mistake the grub hub guy took our pizza out for delivery, so I had to wait for him to return. In this instance, shouldn’t they have just made me a fresh pizza?! I got a thin crust, it could have cooked in less time than I waited for the grub hub man to return. The grub hub guy pulled up with a cigarette in his mouth, handed me my cold pizza. Quite appealing..... After this interesting experience, would’ve hoped for a good pizza. BOTH my husband and I found LONG hairs in our pizza. Both which we had bitten into. Besides the hair incident, as a business owner myself, after the grub hub snafu, I would have offered not only a fresh pizza, but a free pizza as well. The girl running the cashier thought nothing of this experience and was not apologetic whatsoever.

Maaaan.... Sure am glad I tried this pizza joint. Have been a big fan of the guys down at the corner of Jefferson (Gita Pita) and have seen a couple different businesses come and go out of this location. Manny’s hits the spot and then some. Will definitely be going back for my pizza fix.

Gotta love mannies THICC Chicago style pizza and all the other great options this place offers. Jacob knows how to make a slick slice anytime of day. Best pizza in GR. Even my wife likes it and she is very picky when it comes to pizza.

The wait time was so long. The was not a sense of urgency. Very slow to do anything. Got a piece of pizza by the slice,ham n cheese. Very little sauce,not a good taste. I hate to give bad reviews. I wont be going back there anytime soon...the atmosphere was very laid back. Maybe a little too much.
