I love this location, but this morning I had an older lady at the drive thru window handling my order. I asked for one extra syrup, she responded with “you gotta pay for it” I said “ok” she closed the window spoke to her coworker about me wanting extra syrup she mocked me as if I had an attitude (but I didn’t, I was very respectful) while she’s drinking her coffee and waiting for my order to be finished. Before she handed me my food, I asked if I had ketchup, the jelly I asked for etc. she said yes. Why is it so hard to just put the condiments the customer asks for into their bag, instead of waiting time complaining to your coworker use that energy to put the condiments the customer is asking for into their bag. I’m on my way to work I would like for my breakfast that I am paying for to have everything it needs. I didn’t get the ketchup I asked for this dry ass hash brown. Why would I order a big breakfast and not need condiments and an extra syrup? 1 syrup for 3 dry ass pancakes? Reminder ya’ll do not own the condiments at your workplace and if a customer is willing to pay for the extras act accordingly.

Expiration sticker in my fish filet sandwich! Couldn’t quite tell why I wasn’t able to chew this bite, I pull the hard/rubbery peice from my back molars and immediately spit out the food in my mouth! It was a sticker an expectation date sticker! Horrible experience I cannot explain how disgusted I am! Where did this come from and HOW did it get in my sandwich! Went through the drive through on division near hall next to Autozone! @6:15 on Jan 12th 2025

I came in today to use a free meal combo coupon and was greeted with one of the nastiest attitudes. I have experience. I work in customer service at a local nearby restaurant, and we have never greeted nobody in the fashion that I was greeted just despicable the cashier’s rude, nasty attitude She threatened To slap the manager because she said that I could use the coupon then threw my order together because she thought she was right. I then call to try and address that a few items were missing from my order I was greeted with Disrespect and hung up on in my face now don’t get me wrong. I’m not somebody who can’t take a little sassiness or I can definitely understand that it’s early. You don’t want to be bothered. I get that but like please do better.
