I wasn’t sure what to expect going to Mi Tierra, but I’m glad I gave it a try. It feels like an old house that’s been renovated, and it’s a bit run down still. The food was good, however, and the lady who seemed to be in charge was quick to point out that it’s homemade. Food and staff were both amazing. The Pambazo was fantastic! Everything was homemade. The guacamole was perfect, the soup was delicious. Horchata was better than any I have found in years.
The home made tortillas are simply the best. They accommodate many of the dishes which is a big plus. The restaurant is ran by a husband and wife, with other family members definitely giving it a home like feel. Love the place.
